Chef Gino Troia has personally designed and guided over 15 tours with a wide variety of destinations - Naples, Pompeii, Amalfi, Sorrento, Rome, the Vatican, Florence, and Siena. He has taken his guests in incredible adventures from Saint Peter's Basilica to Ponte Vecchio, from Rome's Spanish steps to tracing Napoleon's steps on Elba. His guests have stayed at an organic farm in Tuscany and have taken walking tours of grocery shopping the Italian way - the butcher shop, the bakery, the pastry shop, the produce shop. They have visited a grappa distiller, a world famous wine cellar and olive press, and a famous abbey for Gregorian chants by monks.
